2026 SMHA City Playoffs: The Road to the Championship
The excitement is building as the 2026 SMHA City Playoffs officially get underway! Across 10 different leagues from U13 to U18, teams are hitting the ice for their shot at the title. These playoffs will wrap up by March 30th or earlier, depending on the division.
All teams qualify for this year's city playoffs, which follow a Double Knockout format. This means every team is in the hunt until they face two losses. It is even possible for a team to lose a game and battle back through the "B-side" to take home the City Championship.

Upcoming Championship Schedule
The final games are scheduled at various rinks across the city. Please note that Game 2 in these series will only proceed if the undefeated team loses Game 1.

U13C Female: The finals were held Wednesday, March 18th (7:45 pm – 9:45 pm) and Thursday, March 19th (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm) at Cosmo.
U13C: Matches are set for Friday, March 20th at Lions (8:15 pm – 10:15 pm) and Saturday, March 21st at Cosmo (4:45 pm – 6:45 pm).
U15C: Catch the action Saturday, March 21st at Cosmo (7:15 pm – 9:15 pm) and Sunday, March 22nd at ACT (4:15 pm – 6:15 pm).
U18C: Games scheduled for Sunday, March 22nd at Rod Hamm (2:15 pm – 4:15 pm) and Tuesday, March 24th at Harold Latrace (7:30 pm – 9:30 pm).
U18A: Finals taking place Tuesday, March 24th at Merlis Belsher (6:00 pm – 8:00 pm) and Wednesday, March 25th at ACT (7:30 pm – 9:30 pm).
U13A: Championship series begins Friday, March 27th at Harold Latrace (6:15 pm – 8:15 pm) and continues Saturday, March 28th (12:45 pm – 2:45 pm).
U13B: Games set for Friday, March 27th at ACT (5:30 pm – 7:30 pm) and Saturday, March 28th at Harold Latrace (10:30 am – 12:30 pm).
U15B: Action starts Friday, March 27th (8:30 pm – 10:30 pm) and Saturday, March 28th (3:00 pm – 5:00 pm) at Harold Latrace.
U18B: Finals taking place Saturday, March 28th at Merlis (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm) and Sunday, March 29th at Rod Hamm (7:30 pm – 9:30 pm).
