SMHA Office Information
The day-to-day operation of the Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association is run by a staff of four individuals:

Kelly Boes - Executive Director - Registration, discipline, general hockey inquiries

Irene Andres-Kidd - Administrative Assistant  - Late SMHA registrations, Coaching, Checking and Goaltender coach clinics, Hockey Canada Registry, tournament sanctions, general inquiries

Tracey Brown - Office Administrator - Scheduling, Ice Allocation and Accounting - scheduling of games and practices for all leagues, ice rentals; payables and receivables

Christa Parent - Referee Coordinator and Scheduling Assistant - Assigning of referees for all SMHA games, Ice Time Changes, assisting with SMHA game and practice scheduling.

SMHA Office Hours - 12 noon to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday from the period August 16th through April 30th.

From May 1 through August 15, Executive Director Kelly Boes will be in the office on a sporadic basis.  However, emails and voice mails will be returned within a week during the off-season.  Most information can be found on the SMHA website.

A mail slot is available 24 hours per day in the SMHA front door for any after-hours deliveries.
