Program Overview
Season Duration
: Mid-September to mid-March.
Focus
: Emphasizes the FUNdamentals of hockey—skating, puck control, passing, and shooting—through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Game Format
: Cross-ice games to maximize participation and puck touches.
Equipment
: Full hockey gear is required.

Junior Teams
: Typically for first-year players (age 5).
Senior Teams
: Typically for second-year players (age 6).

: Based on skill evaluations to ensure balanced teams.
