All Weyburn Soccer programs operate in alignment with Canada SoccerSaskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA), and our club policies.

Our Policy & Expectations

Weyburn Soccer maintains policies that support diversity, inclusion, and safe participation, including:

  • Code of Conduct

  • Code of Conduct to Protect Children

  • Safe Sport & Player Safety Policies

  • Respect in Sport requirements

  • Discipline and Complaints Procedures

Discriminatory behaviour, harassment, or exclusionary actions are not tolerated and will be addressed in accordance with club, SSA, and Canada Soccer policies.

All members are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and fairness

  • Support inclusive language and behaviour

  • Speak up if they witness conduct that does not align with our values

If you or someone you know experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour, we encourage you to report it.
