HOCKEY SASK / SMHA CROSS ICE JAMBOREE INVITATION

Hockey Sask and Saskatoon Minor Hockey Association (SMHA) would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Al Anderson’s Source for Sports Hockey Sask Cross Ice Jamboree. Hockey Canada developed the U7 Program to make children’s first contact with hockey a safe and positive experience.

The premise of the Cross Ice Jamboree is to provide a positive, enjoyable experience for all U7 players. A detailed on-ice curriculum has been developed for players.  The on-ice session for the players focuses on the development of fundamental skills through the fun-based approach to learning consistent with U7 Cross Ice Program objectives.

As a family with a player registered in U7 in a SMHA zone, you are invited to attend the 2023 Cross ice Jamboree at Rod Hamm Memorial Arena!

Date: Sunday, October 1, 2023

Where: Rod Hamm Memorial Arena

What to Bring: Full hockey equipment including stick.

The Al Anderson Source for Sports Hockey Sask Cross Ice Jamboree is free of charge to participate.

With nearly 500 U7 players registered in SMHA, space is limited so please submit your registration form as soon as possible.  Acceptance into the Jamboree will be on a first-come-first-serve-basis. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 24^TH OR WHEN CAPACITY IS FULL.

Registered participants will be sent their ice time information the week of September 25^th.
