• A refund of 100% of the full registration fee (not including late fee) less $25 Admin fee shall be issued if a player quits any time before the players first evaluation skate.
• A refund of 90% of the full registration fee (not including late fee) shall be issued if a player quits any time before their first team ice time.
• A refund of 67% of the full registration fee (not including late fee) shall be issued if a player quits any time after his/her first team ice time but before November 1^st.
• A refund of 33% of the full registration fee (not including late fee) shall be issued if a player quits any time after November 1^st but before January 1^st.

There shall be NO REFUND issued if any player quits after January 1^st for ANY reason.

Notes on Refund Policy:

1. The effective date for all refunds shall be the date that the Zone Registrar has been informed that the player has quit by email or letter.
2. Refund are only issued via cheque. 
3. Refunds do not apply to any portion paid via an external funding source such as KidSport or JumpStart.

The above policy will be applied to all case of players quitting including medical reasons, injuries, relocation, etc. The Zone X Wild Executive will not accept appeals concerning our refund policy under any circumstances.
