  All withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted to the Fort Sask Soccer office via this online form.

*** REFUNDS ARE BASED ON THE DATE WE RECEIVE THIS FORM ***

Refunds will be processed to the card used for registration. If you paid by cash or cheque, a cheque will be issued and mailed to you.

Please fill out this form. It will be sent to the Fort Saskatchewan Soccer office once submitted online.


Refunds for the indoor season are made as follows:

a) Before September 15...... 100% of fee minus 10% administration fee

b) September 16 to 30........ 75% of fee minus 10% administration fee

c) October 1 to 15............... 40% of fee minus 10% administration fee

d) After October 15............ No refund



Refunds for the outdoor season are made as follows:

a) Before March 15............ 100% of fee minus 10% administration fee

b) March 16 to 31............... 75% of fee minus 10% administration fee

c) April 1 to 15................... 40% of fee minus 10% administration fee

d) After April 15.................. No refund.


Refunds for camps:

Before Sept 3 - 100% - $10 admin fee

Sept 3 or after - no refund
