The Wild Zone X Executive is providing Notice of Motion to add into the Constitution which is to be voted upon at the 2024 Wild Zone X Annual General Meeting April 9, 2024.
Section VI. Duties and Responsibilities of Executive Council Members; E: Treasurer. To add the following:
5. The position will be held by an individual who possess a financial designation such as but not limited to: CPA or BComm in Accounting.
Elections of members to the following positions will be voted and elected at the AGM:
- Commissioner – Current incumbent plans to let their name stand.
- Treasurer – Current incumbent plans to let their name stand.
- U9 Coordinator – Current incumbent plans to let their name stand.
- U11 Coordinator – Current incumbent plans to let their name stand.
- U15 B/C Coordinator – Current incumbent plans to let their name stand.
- Equipment Coordinator – Current incumbent will not be running.
- Goalie Coordinator – Current incumbent undecided.
NEW THIS YEAR for nomination of members
We invite written nominations for Executive positions ahead of the AGM. The nominations will be voted on and elected at the AGM.
If you are interested in being part of the Wild Executive, please submit the following information to the Wild Secretary no later than April 1, 2024:
- Full Name and contact information.
- What position would you like to be considered for.
- A brief summary about yourself.
- A brief summary as to why you interested in being part of the Wild Executive.
- Send all of the above information to the Wild Secretary no later than April 1, 2024.
