Who is it for: Boys and Girls from Grade 1 to Grade 12 who have little basketball experience and want to learn how to play the game
When: April 8^th to May 31^st     Two 1 hour sessions per week
Where: We run our program out of school gyms in the city and do our best to place everyone in a facility close to their home community
Cost: $215

Development Program Information

For inexperienced basketball players, our developmental program will consist of 2 one-hour sessions per week, where the coaches will use a developed curriculum to instruct the players and allow them structured practice for the first half of the session. In the second half, the coaches will match up players of roughly equal athleticism and ability to play in some controlled game-like situations.  Some days, one on one or two on two, other days 3 on 3 or 5 on 5; it will depend on the progression of the athletes and what they are developmentally ready for. 

Summary:

• Each participant will receive a t-shirt and a basketball
• 2 one-hour sessions a week
• starts the week of April 8th and goes to May 31^st  
• sessions are in the evenings either  Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
• male or female athletes
• Age groups: grade 1 and 2; grade 3 and 4; grade 5 and 6; grade 7 and 8; and Grade 9-12
• Cost $215
• You may cancel before the program starts; we do charge a $25 cancellation fee.  There are no refunds once the program starts.

SMBA Refund Policy:
