The YPSL will begin accepting Under-8 Pre-Travel Academy teams on November 15th, 2022 for league play during the spring 2023 season. These teams will be placed within our YPSL Conferences and scheduled to play each other in a specific format geared towards learning.

The league intends to provide players an opportunity to compete versus other club’s “academy” teams in their respective conferences under the watchful eyes of their developmentally focused coaches and technical directors. The overall objective is for coaches in each conference to work together in an all-out effort to develop confident, well-educated players as they are guided towards a successful future.

Under-8 Pre-Travel Academy Teams must petition the YPSL and agree to an on-phone interview with YPSL leadership to ensure the YPSL is the right fit for them.
