The YPSL has as one of its many objectives to create a safe and loving environment where every child, regardless of their ability, can compete surrounded by friends. For this reason, ANY/ALL acts of bullying will result in immediate player and/or coach expulsion from the YPSL.
The YPSL defines bullying as:
"Bullying is the repetitive, intentional hurting of one person or group by another person or group, where the relationship involves an imbalance of power. This can happen face to face or online."
The YPSL is proud to have the Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA) based in London, England agree to share their powerful resource library with our YPSL families. It's an unfortunate fact that bullying exists and it's not just inflicted upon children. For more information on the ABA and to access their extensive sources of information click here.
