Designed to build confidence, refine technique, and boost positional skills, this camp is your stepping stone to on-field success. For flag and tackle athletes alike, the Waterloo Jr. Warriors’ non-padded Indoor Winter Skills Training Camp is essential for developing football IQ, improving positional play, and sharpening fundamental skills in the off-season. Join our OFF-SEASON TRAINING CLUB (January to March) and prepare to compete at your highest level this spring.
With expert instruction, including special guest appearances by CFL talent and USport athletes, our program focuses on training on the turf for positional technique, footwork, and game-speed reps, all while hitting the gym for strength, mobility, and conditioning work, with the goal of empowering individual top football performance from each and every athlete. The seven-week camp features division- and age-specific speed and strength directives that work to progress the individual as an overall athlete.
This program is designed to help athletes enhance their skills, elevate their football IQ, and prepare for OSFL competition ahead of the spring season.

No Equipment Needed
This camp is non-padded, so players DO NOT need helmets or shoulder pads.
Athletes just wear regular athletic gear, cleats and a mouthguard.
