U14, U16 & U18 Winter Skills Training Camp


Starts January 3, 2026

We are excited to offer extensive on‑field and in‑gym training sessions this winter, open to athletes from Waterloo Region and beyond who want to improve their football skills, prepare for tryouts, or simply try something new — whether or not they plan to play for the Jr. Warriors in 2026.

Sessions will focus on football fundamentals, including positional skills, drills, competition, and conditioning, and are designed for all skill levels.

U14 (Born 2012, 2013) , U16 (Born 2010, 2011) & U18 (Born 2007, 2008 or 2009)

Indoor Turf Sessions - Saturdays
January 3 - March 14, 2026
* No sessions on Jan 17, 24, 31 & Feb 21

  • 4 x 3 hour sessions (Bechtel Park)
  • 2 x 1.5 hour indoor turf sessions (UW Field House)

In-Gym Lift Sessions
January 5 - March 26, 2026

  • 2x per week in gym lift sessions  (Fetter Fitness)

No PADS Needed
This camp is non-padded, so players DO NOT need helmets or shoulder pads.
Athletes just wear regular athletic gear, cleats and mouthguard.

Our Winter Skills Camp is your best opportunity in the Region to enhance fundamental football skills, focusing on positional development crucial for success on the field.

Whether you're a football rookie or more experienced,  this camp is your ultimate preparation for the upcoming Spring tackle or flag season.
