U14, U16 & U18 Winter Skills Training Camp
Starts Early January.

We are excited to offer extensive on‑field and in‑gym training sessions this winter for those who want to improve their football skills. Whether you are preparing for tryouts or just trying something new, our sessions are open to athletes from Waterloo Region and beyond. The camp covers football fundamentals, positional skills, drills, competition, and conditioning, catering to athletes of all skill levels.

Designed for all skill levels.

No PADS Needed
This camp is non-padded, so players DO NOT need helmets or shoulder pads.
Athletes just wear regular athletic gear, cleats and a mouthguard.

Our Winter Skills Camp is your best opportunity in the Region to enhance fundamental football skills, with a focus on positional development crucial to success on the field.

Whether you're a football rookie or more experienced,  this camp is your ultimate preparation for the upcoming Spring tackle or flag season.

U14 (Born 2012, 2013) , U16 (Born 2010, 2011) & U18 (Born 2007, 2008 or 2009)

2026 Registration Fee: $325 (8 weeks of training)

In-Gym Lift Sessions
January 5 - February 26, 2026

  • 2x per week - 1 hour sessions (TNT Training)

January 10 - March 7, 2026

  • 5 x 3-hour biweekly sessions (RIM Park)

In-Gym Lift Sessions
January 6 - February 27, 2026

  • 2x per week - 1 hour sessions (The Armoury & Fetter Fitness)

  • 2 x 1.5-hour indoor turf sessions (UW Field House)
