For the 13U age group, there is no team selection and registration is on a first come, first served basis starting Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at 7am. 13U will also have a Club Opener in early November to allow players to see what the club is like before committing to the season.

Registration
13U
13U players will have an open registration process. Registration will open Saturday, November 15 at 7am.
14U-18U
- following the Club Opener/Tryouts, emails will be sent to all players that attended, letting them know if they are invited to register for a Subzero Club team.
- Players will have until December 13th, 2025 to accept or reject their registration offers.
- If additional spots are available after December 13th they may be offered to shortlisted athletes (no later than Dec. 15th)
**Note: Heat Yukon Volleyball Club is following the same process and timelines this year, so players will have the option to tryout for either or both clubs if they like.
Costs
The cost of participation during the Subzero Club Season is as follows. Please note these are 2025 club fees. Fees for 2026 will be announced shortly, but will be similar to 2025, the only difference being that we are getting new jerseys this year, so there will be no option to re-use 2025 jerseys.

Volunteer fee. Subzero Volleyball Club relies on parent volunteers and each family is asked to volunteer a minimum of 3 hours to the club. Recognizing that families are busy, we are providing the option for families to pay an additional $45 if they do not want/are not able to put any volunteer time into the club. |

The cost of travel to outside tournaments is not included in Subzero Club fees. Players can expect to pay between $800-$1100 (estimate) for outside travel, depending on location, timing, and length of the trip. |

VY/VC membership fee |
$59 | Required by Volleyball Yukon and Volleyball Canada for all club players except 13U. The $11 VY/VC 'Open Player' membership required to participate in any of our fall programs (camps, clinics, Game Night) is deducted from this cost, so there is an additional cost of $48 to upgrade to a competitive membership. |
