DAVE COX COACHES AWARD

This award was established when the Beefeaters returned from a two-year hiatus in 2001 as the Coaches Award. Following the passing of long-time coach Dave Cox in January 2011, it was changed to the Dave Cox Coaches Award to honour Dave's great contribution to the team over many years in spite of the challenge of his considerable medical challenges.

Awarded to the player who has persevered throughout the season, practiced hard, supported teammates and done whatever the coaches have asked of him, for the benefit of  the team.
