Key plays included quarterback Frank Krieshneider’s 341 passing yards and three touchdowns, with standout contributions from Tony Daugherty, Jeff Beraznik, Paul Doerksen, and Moe Lawrence.

The team featured multiple All-Stars - Tony Daugherty (RB), Jeff Holland (OL), Mike Pierotti (OL), Frank Circelli (DB), Mike Crocker (REC), Geo Langlois (LB), and Glenn Smith (DB).  Dave Woodey led the league in kick-off yardage (49.1 yards/kick).  Tony Daugherty earned the  OFC Offensive Rookie of the Year title, while Gord Grace was honored as OFC Coach of the Year.

COACH CATEGORY

Jim Ousley (1976-77, 2001-03, 2009-10 and 2014)

"Jim Ousley unknowingly became my big brother the moment he tossed me a pass while walking to the locker rooms at West Lions Park after a London Lords practice. I had just witnessed his incredible talent—a masterful aerial display of precision and grace as quarterback, connecting seamlessly with wide receiver Herman Carter. Jim made every throw look smooth and effortless.

From that first meeting to this very day, September 14, 2024, I’ve carried with me the awe and admiration I felt as a 15-year-old boy. Your exceptional coaching and mentorship shaped not only my skills but also my character. When you invited me to join the London Beefeaters as a wide receiver in 1976, it became a defining moment in my life.

It is with the deepest appreciation, privilege, and honor that I now induct into the 2024 London Beefeaters Hall of Fame... Jim Ousley."

~ Tom Cudney
