NEUTRAL GROUND CONFERENCE

-The Battle of the winless was fought on the Frog Kids(0-2) home board at Cooter Browns. The Kings of Lyons(0-1) were feeling confident with Jefff & Lawson winning 24-11 in  Game 1 against Kyle & returning Frog Kid, Kevin. Game 2 was likewise dominated by Kings Bill & Mary 24-6 vs Keifer & Adam. Kings secured Game 3 with Jefff & Bill 26-16 vs Jay & Dalton. Then the Frogs roared back in Game 4 Kevin & Adam  winning 23-4 against Mary & Brian H. The Frogs went on to a 21-16 win in the 4on4  and then Frog Kid Kevin beat Lawson in the first singles game 21-6 to tie the match up 3 games to 3. Team captain Dalton sealed the match with a 22-4 routing of Brian H in the final singles game. The Kings continue to search for their first win.

-In the Battle of the undefeated The Mighty Pucks(2-0) took an early lead over the G Spots(1-0) winning Game 1 with David & Frenchy beating  Lisha & Remy 21-4. Gs Brian & Shane tied up the match in a 21-6 Game 2 win over Frenchy & new Mighty Puck Nick. In Game 3 the G Spots Carlos & Roscoe squeaked out a win 23-19 against Josh & John E with Roscoe outscoring John E. 17 to 3. John E redeemed himself in a close 21-20 Game 4  win out scoring  former All-star Singles belt winner Remy 16-5. Former Belt winner Brian scored 17pts against former belt winner David who added only 5 points but enough to push the Mighty Pucks to a Game 4 win and a tie to the match. The hard fought 4on4 was won by the Mighty Pucks 23-17 and the PMs took the lead going into the final two singles games. MP David and G Remy fought out the first singles game with both players scoring in the first couple of rounds. The scoring slowed to single points in the middle rounds but David was able to close out the game in the final rounds which gave the Mighty pucks the match 4-2. In the final singles game, with his All-star Singles championship belt permanently hung in the case above his head, the owner of Gennero's, Brian, took on Mighty Puck Josh, winner of the most recent Kingpin Open, multiple TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS, and three NOSL Championships.  Josh was able to score multiple rounds but in the end Brian outscored Josh in the rounds Brian won and secured a point for the G Spots in the 7thgame. G Spots match lost the  4-3 a hard fought match.
