Player Registration Opens August 17, 2026
Registration Deadline
To receive regular-season pricing, you must register your player online and, by August 31, 2026, pay:
- At least 50% of the registration price, and
- The full $50 fundraising opt-out fee (only if you choose not to participate in fundraising).
Players who choose the fundraising opt-out option must pay the $50 opt-out fee in full by August 31st before they can participate in any on-ice activities.
Registrations completed after August 31, 2026 will be subject to a $100 late-registration fee.

The amounts below show the regular season registration and late registration prices.
York West is not offering a First Shift Program this year, however we will be offering a $100.00 registration (First Shift Discount) to kids that participate in the First Shift program through other organizations but live in the YWMHA territory and want to play for York West.

Goalie Discount
Goalies registering in U13, U15, U18 or U21 receive 50% off the registration fee.

Refund Policy

The non-refundable amount covers player insurance and Hockey New Brunswick tickets.
