2025-2026 PLAYER REGISTRATION 

Registration for the 2025-2026 season opens Aug 18th!

REGULAR SEASON PRICING:
• Register your player AND make a minimum payment of 50%, between August 18th and August 29th to retain regular season pricing. 
• Please note your player is not considered registered until we have received payment AND you have registered them online.

LATE REGISTRATION PRICING:
• Register after August 29th will result in a $100 late fee being automatically applied to your registration.
• Please note your player is not considered registered until we have received payment AND you have registered them online.

GOALIES:
• Levels U13, U15, U18 & U21 receive 1/2 off registration fee. Please email ywmhapresident@gmail.com to receive your 1/2 off discount code to use when registering online.

PAYMENT:
• Payment must be made by cash, cheque or by etransfer to ywmhapayment@gmail.com. Note: when using etransfer, you must add $2 to cover bank fees and you must include ALL players first and last names and divisions in the message section.

REFUND POLICY:
• $100 of the registration fee is non-refundable once your player steps on the ice (this covers the insurance for the player and HNB tickets), 2/3 of refundable fee will be reimbursed if they withdraw on or before November 15th, and 1/3 of refundable fee will be reimbursed if they withdraw on or before January 1st. After January 1st there are no refunds.

2025-2026 Financial Assistance Applications 

Applications for Financial Assistance for the 2025-2026 season opens Aug 18th!

YWMHA is exited to be able to provide registration fee financial assistance to families in need again this season in partnership with the Brendon Oreto Foundation. All funding applications for this program will be reviewed, and funding will be granted to as many applicants as possible. YWMHA will continue to assist families with obtaining financial assistance in other ways, if needed. 

Please note: In order to receive funding through this program players are required to pay a minimum of $50 of the registration fee, which is non-refundable once the player steps on the ice and players must be registered to play hockey with YWMH this season.

 

2025-2026 Volunteer Applications 

Volunteer applications for the 2025-2026 season opens Aug 18th!

COACH VOLUNTEERS: 

  • New Coaches: YWMHA requires all coach volunteers to complete a coaching application form (click here to download the coaching application form).  A coach application will only be considered for approval by the board if it is submitted in full, along with a valid CRC/VSC.  Once completed, applications can be sent via email to YWMHAPresident@gmail.com.  Deadline for new coaches to submit a coaching application is Sept 15th.
  • Returning Coaches: If you are a returning YWMHA coach and did not sumbit a coaching application form last season, you must submit one this season. If you did submitted a coaching application form last season, you do not need to complete a new coaching application form for this season, but you must provide any new information, such as your updated CRC/VSC, any new coaching courses you've completed, any suspensions you've received etc., this information can be sent via email to YWMHAPresident@gmail.com. Deadline for returning coaches to submit new information is Sept 15th.

All coaching applicants will receive a confirmation email, and will also be contacted once coaching decisions have been approved.

ALL VOLUNTEERS:  All volunteers require an up-to-date (within the last 3 years) Criminal Record Check (CRC) with a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).  If you have a valid CRC/VSC on file, there is nothing further required.  If you do NOT have a valid CRC/VSC on file, please email YWMHAPresident@gmail.com to receive a copy of the volunteer letter to take with you to obtain a CRC/VSC.  This letter is required and you will not be able to receive a CRC/VSC without it.
