The Dedication of Our Coaching Staff

All NSFC coaches are volunteers, generously giving their time as parents and community members.  Without these dedicated individuals, our league simply would not exist.  We are incredibly grateful to everyone who steps forward to coach, mentor, and support our athletes - your commitment is what makes NSFC a positive and meaningful experience for our kids.

NSFC is a community-driven, 501(c)3 non-profit youth soccer organization, that relies heavily on volunteer involvement.  Our volunteer coaches play a critical role not only in teaching soccer skills, but also in fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and a love for the game.  By volunteering, our coaches help keep the league affordable and accessible for families, allowing us to focus resources on player development and program growth rather than paid staffing.  No prior coaching experience is required.  NSFC supports our coaches with age-appropriate guidelines, training resources, and a collaborative environment where learning and growth are encouraged for both players and coaches.  Whether you’re new to soccer or have years of experience, your willingness to help makes a lasting impact on our athletes and our community.
