U8 recreational league (Skill builders)

Ages 7-8 as of Dec 31, 2026

The U8 Skill Builders division introduces players to a more complete soccer experience while continuing to emphasize development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. At this level, players begin to connect individual skills with team play and game awareness.  Practices focus on improving ball control, dribbling with purpose, passing, shooting, and basic defensive concepts. Players participate in small-sided games designed to maximize touches on the ball and encourage decision-making in real game situations.  This division represents a transition from introductory play to organized team soccer, with coaches guiding players through both practice and game environments.
