The Manitoba Moose and Hockey Winnipeg have teamed up to offer teams a chance to host their own Hockey Fights Cancer Game. All funds raised would go towards Camp Quality, a charitable organization that provides camp experience to children affected by cancer.
If a team is interested in signing up, here’s what they would receive from us:
- Two rolls of lavender stick tape for the team hosting.
- Helmet decals for both teams playing
- “I Fight For” signs for both teams – We’d ask teams to take a team picture with the signs and send to us.
- A HFC autographed item to be used to raise funds for Camp Quality - https://www.campquality.org/cqmb - Teams would have their choice on how they raffle off the autographed item!
Teams that sign up to raise funds would also receive free tickets to our own Hockey Fights Cancer Game on Sunday November 13th.Players and coaches would receive free tickets. There would be a $22.00 discounted ticket offer for parents and families to attend with the team. Nice early season team bonding opportunity!
$5.00 from each purchased ticket would go back to Camp Quality.
Teams would be able to host their HFC game after the November 13th game since HFC runs the whole month of November.
The team that raises the most funds would win a grand prize of an hour practice on Canada Life Centre ice with either a Manitoba Moose Coach or Moose player!
