2026 Annual General Meeting
Stony Plain Minor Hockey Association is hosting its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at the Family Connection Centre in Stony Plain (5600 50 St).
There will be a draw for 1 Free Registration at the end of the night. 1 entry per family and you must be in attendance to win.
*This prize has no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and must be used for the 2024-2025 season registration. *
We are looking forward to the 2026-2027 season and adding some new faces to our Executive and Board of Directors. Please read below regarding our open positions and speak to our President before the meeting if you are interested in joining our very dynamic team.

OPEN VOTING POSITIONS:
- VP of Hockey Operations
- 2 year term
(Must have served as a voting member of the Executive Board for at least one year, preferably as a Division Director.) - VP of Hockey Administration
- 2 year term
(Must have served as a voting member of the Executive Board for at least one year, preferably as a Division Director.) - Policies and Procedures
- 2 year term - Coach Development Director
- 2 year term - U7 Director
- 2 year term - U11 Director
- 2 year term - U15 Director
- 2 year term - Director at Large
- 1 year left in a 2 year term
OPEN NON-VOTING POSITIONS:
- Apparel
- Fundraising Coordinator
- Tournament Coordinator
