Refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee before the season begins. Online payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Once the season has started, NO refunds will be issued. Refunds will only be provided if a player was waitlisted during registration and unable to be placed on a team due to insufficient registrations for a second team.
The St. George Minor Ball Executive team will make every effort to place all registered players on teams. It is our goal to field as many full teams as possible, and to avoid de-registering any players. If a full team cannot be formed for a specific age group, the possibility of players moving up or down may be considered. Any changes will be made in consultation with the player’s parents and the league the team participates in.
