START YOUR VOLLEYBALL JOURNEY WITH SPVC

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

2025-26 CLUB VOLLEYBALL TRYOUT MESSAGE:

SPVC will participate in the FALL TRYOUT period according to the guidelines of Volleyball Alberta. Starting Sunday September 7 for 17U/18U, September 14 for 15U/16U and September 21 for 13U/14U. Official offers (LOI) will be emailed to athletes soon after a tryout session.

 

LOI (letter of intent)

Volleyball Alberta guidelines state an offer (LOI) must be honoured by the club for a MINIMUM 48 hours. This means that athletes have 48 hours from the time the offer was given to accept or decline. They can even request an extension if they require more time to make their decision.

REGISTRATION

  • On the website, spvc.ca, choose the REGISTRATION tab
  • Complete the document for your age group and submit.  
  • There is no cost for tryout.  Fees are due only if and when an athlete is assigned to an SPVC team.

VOLLEYBALL ALBERTA REGISTRATION for 13U to 18U ONLY

  • Go to the VOLLEYBALL ALBERTA website.
  • Choose the SPORTLOMO REGISTER tab.
  • Choose the SPORTLOMO MEMBERSHIPS - register to Volleyball Alberta 
  • Choose 2026 YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAYER - TRYOUT
  • Login or create a new user account
  • Follow the registration process and pay the initial fee. Once you make a club team YOUR FAMILY will pay your full Volleyball Alberta and Volleyball Canada fees. They are not part of your SPVC club fees for the 2026 club season.

Girls/Boys Tryout: October 28, 6-8 pm. Location: Mother Teresa Catholic School Gym (7501 Willow Dr.)

Girls/Boys Tryout: October 29, 6-8 pm. Location: Mother Teresa Catholic School Gym (7501 Willow Dr.)

2025 Program - boys will tryout and train within the girls program. Registration for this program will open soon.
