| Time of registration to start of tryouts/evaluations/skill development sessions | Full refund less $50 administration fee |
| First ice time of tryouts/evaluations/skill development sessions to October 15th | 75% Refund |
| October 16th to November 15th | 50% Refund |
| After November 15th | NO REFUND |
Refunds do not include credit card service fees.
The Saskatoon Ringette Association Board of Directors may consider requests for pro-rated refunds if players are not able to participate in on-ice activities for 12 consecutive weeks or more. Supporting documentation (ie. doctor notes) or third party verification may be required. Requests must be sent to office@saskatoonringette.com.
SRA may reassess refund policies based on updated COVID information.
