For this year’s registration, all registrants will need to enter their HCR # into a validator at the end of the question section just prior to the payment section.

2024-25 SMHA registered players have had their HCR #’s uploaded to their TeamLinkt accounts and the HCR # will appear in the validation box.  Once the HCR # appears, the registrant clicks on validate.  If they have any unsigned Hockey Canada waivers, they will pop up to be signed off on – they then proceed to the payment section to complete their registration.

In the registration forms, links have been provided just prior to validator for new to hockey players and for those that need to look up their HCR # (examples: a new to SMHA player from another MHA that has moved here / if one of the uploaded HCR #’s glitched to a current SMHA player).

Below is some information that may be helpful to those that have a question or run into an issue creating or finding their HCR #.

#1. NEW TO HOCKEY PLAYERS:

If you are unable to create a HCR #, please go to this web link to request the SMHA office to create it for the new player - https://app.teamlinkt.com/register/find/smha?cid=49962&k=1683736751

2. For Registrants who have played minor hockey previously that need to look up their HCR #:
