Youth Football Divisions Overview

The upcoming 2026 youth football season offers a structured and engaging environment for young athletes to develop their skills and enjoy the game. The divisions are organized as follows:

  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Grades Flag Football

In this division, players will participate in flag football, a non-contact version of the game that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

  • 3rd Grade Optional Tackle Football

Players in the 3rd grade have the unique opportunity to choose between flag football and tackle football. However, it is important to note that players may only participate in one format, not both.

  • 3rd and 4th Grade PeeWee Tackle Football

This division introduces players to tackle football, focusing on fundamental techniques and safety protocols.

  • 5th and 6th Grades Midget Tackle Football

As players progress to the Midget division, they will experience a more competitive environment that builds on the skills learned in previous years.

EQUIPMENT AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

As part of our commitment to player safety, we will provide each participant with essential gear, including practice jerseys, game jerseys, shoulder pads, black game pants, and pads. All issued equipment must be returned at the end of the season.
A form will be provided to track the equipment utilized from our organization.

Participants are required to supply their own helmets, mouthguards, practice pants, and cleats.

When purchasing helmets, especially used ones, please ensure to conduct a thorough inspection. Verify the manufacturer dates and inquire about reconditioning history. According to the National Athletic Equipment Reconditioners Association (NAERA), helmets should be reconditioned at least every two years for a maximum lifespan of ten years. Discard helmets that display any significant damage, such as hairline cracks or defective interior components.
