COMMUNICATIONS - PLAYERS & PARENTS. Once the teams aree selected, you will receive an invitation to join the Team’s Teamlinkt app. This is our primary ways of communicating with parents and players and get important information to you quickly when it matters (field changes, weather cancellations etc.). From the app, players will be able to message and chat with team members and coaches directly. For parents, any schedule and roster data that is loaded by the Club will be available to you real time. As we get more familiar with this new tool, we will be using it for different things including photo sharing, polls, live game updates and video streams.
ATTENDANCE. Attendance is mandatory for all team scheduled activities (meetings, practice and games). If you need to be excused, we expect that players notify the coaches and team managers through the app and send a private message with the reason for the absence. Attendance is tracked and will factor into depth charts.
