Carding Fees
Players selected to a Rep or Development team will pay an additional fee of $540 , due October 1st. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
The following Cancellation Policy in is effect for the 2026/2027 season :
Up to and including August 16th - 100% refund of base registration fee, less $50 administration fee
August 17th - September 30th - 75% refund of base registration fee, less $50 administration fee
October 1st - October 31st - 50% refund of base registration fee, less $50 administration fee
On November 1st or later - NO REFUND - execeptional Circumstances may be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
Discounted Registration - 3+ Players
For families with 3 or more children registered in WKMHA, we offer 1/2 price registration for the 3rd player. This only applies to the lowest registration rate of the base registration (not any tryout costs). If you are registering 3 or more players within WKMHA please email : admin@westkelownaminorhockey.com for your Discount code on your 3rd player.
