January 8th - March 12th - $225 plus a yearly $75 Skate Canada registration fee (use code RETURN when registering to save $75 if you were registered for our October - March session)
*we are suggesting the Wednesday evening session for skaters 3-5 years old - but all ages are welcome*
PRE-CANskate is designed for skaters ages 3-5 . No experience required .Parent/ assistant is allowed on the ice with the skater if needed. Assistant must have ice experience and be over the age of 16.
All new program run by club professional and program coordinator Amanda Maggetti.
CSA Approved helmet mandatory for all participants Payments can be sent BEFORE first session. All sessions to take place at Canada Games Centre at Brock University. Full season calendars with special dates and events will be issued to all skaters in advance for better planning.
PRE-CANskate is Skate Canada’s flagship learn-to-skate program for beginners of any age that teaches fundamental movements and basic skills.
CANskate is a dynamic learn-to-skate program that focuses on fun, participation and basic skill development. Based on Sport Canada’s long term athlete development (LTAD) principles, CANskate centers on physical literacy and the fundamental skills needed to take part in any ice sport or to skate as a recreational activity.
