For more than 70 years, Thorold Skating Centre has been helping skaters build confidence, develop skills, and create lasting memories on the ice. Proudly serving Thorold, the Niagara Region, and surrounding communities since 1951, we offer high-quality Skate Canada programs for every age and stage.
Whether you're introducing your child to the ice, learning to skate as an adult, or working toward advanced figure skating goals, we have a program for you:
- PRECanSkate – A fun introduction to skating for children under 5.
- CanSkate – Canada's nationally recognized learn-to-skate program for children, youth, and adults.
- STARSkate – Coach-led figure skating programs featuring both on-ice and off-ice training to help skaters reach their full potential.
As a nonprofit club operated by a passionate volunteer Board of Directors, Thorold Skating Centre is proud to be a member of Skate Canada through Skate Ontario. Our focus is creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every skater can learn, grow, and succeed.
