Welcome to the Thorold Skating Centre!

Proudly serving Thorold, the Niagara Region, and surrounding communities since 1951, the Thorold Skating Centre offers high-quality skating programs for participants of all ages and abilities. Whether you are taking your first steps on the ice or pursuing advanced figure skating goals, we provide a program to support every stage of development — from PRECanSkate (under 5), to CanSkate (all ages, including adults), to our comprehensive STARSkate figure skating programs.

Our STARSkate programs are fully coach-directed and include both on-ice and off-ice training to ensure well-rounded athlete development. The Thorold Skating Centre is a nonprofit organization, proudly operated by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors and governed by Skate Canada in partnership with Skate Ontario.
