Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the PrimeTime Cornhole LLC league, referred to as the "League," organized by PrimeTime Cornhole LLC, an individual person, hereafter referred to as the "Participant," agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risks: The Participant understands that participating in the League involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other potential risks associated with sports and recreational activities. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.

2. Release and Waiver: The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless PrimeTime Cornhole LLC, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant while participating in the League.

3. Medical Attention: The Participant acknowledges that PrimeTime Cornhole LLC does not provide medical or health insurance coverage. In the event of any injury or medical condition, the Participant authorizes PrimeTime Cornhole LLC to seek appropriate medical treatment on their behalf.

4. Code of Conduct: The Participant agrees to abide by the League's rules, regulations, and code of conduct. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion from the League without refund.

5. Photography and Publicity: The Participant grants PrimeTime Cornhole LLC the right to use photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during League events for promotional and marketing purposes.

6. Team Captain Responsibility: All individuals participating in the League must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. Any individual that has not joined the league and agreed to the terms and conditions of this waiver is not a valid Participant. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to ensure that anyone that plays for their team is a valid Participant. If an individual plays for a team and that individual is not a valid Participant, the Team Captain is entirely responsible for any and all actions of the individual.

7. Parent/Guardian Consent (if Participant is a minor): If the Participant is a minor, the undersigned parent or legal guardian hereby consents to the minor's participation in the League and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver on behalf of the minor.

8. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By participating in the PrimeTime Cornhole league, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood this Waiver and Release of Liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
