PrimeTime Cornhole League Code of Conduct

We are excited to have you as a participant in the PrimeTime Cornhole league. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all participants, we have established the following Code of Conduct. By participating in the PrimeTime Cornhole league, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Code of Conduct and agree to abide by its principles and guidelines.

1. Sportsmanship and Respect: Treat all participants, officials, spectators, and staff with respect and sportsmanship.

2. Fair Play: Play by the rules and adhere to the spirit of fair competition. Cheating, intentionally breaking rules, or engaging in any form of dishonest behavior is strictly prohibited.

3. Safety First: Prioritize safety at all times. Follow instructions from league officials and staff regarding equipment usage, court safety, and any other safety-related matters.

4. Substance Use: The consumption of any illegal substances is prohibited during league games and events.

5. Respect for Property: Respect the property and facilities where league events take place. Any damage caused to equipment, facilities, or property will be the responsibility of the individual(s) responsible.

6. Inclusivity and Diversity: Embrace diversity and inclusion. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.

7. Privacy: Obtain explicit permission before sharing or using photos, videos, or personal information of other participants or league staff for any purpose.

8. Attendance and Punctuality: Be punctual for league events and games. If you are unable to attend, notify league organizers as soon as possible.

9. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts or disputes in a respectful and constructive manner. If you have a concern, bring it to the attention of league organizers or staff for resolution.

10. Compliance: Follow all instructions, rules, and guidelines provided by PrimeTime Cornhole and its representatives. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the league.

11. Consequences: Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the league, as determined by PrimeTime Cornhole. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
