Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for any requests prior to the close of registration (typically 48 hours prior to the start of the season). After registration has closed, no refunds will be issued.

If a league is canceled due to insufficient registration, you will be notified prior to the start of the season and will receive a full refund, credit, or transfer to another league.

To obtain a refund, you must contact us via email (support@ptcornhole.com) or the Contact Us form. Any attempt to seek a refund or dispute a charge without attempting to contact us shall be considered a failure to comply with the procedural requirements of the chargeback right.
