The U18 Kingston Grenadiers football team kicks off their 20th season on Saturday, May 18th when they travel to Brampton to take on the Bulldogs at 4 p.m for the first time. The Grens return home to join U16 team who off on a bye for our home-opener in Week 2 to take on the Myers Riders at Richardson Stadium n May 25^th staring at 4 p.m

Week 3 starts off a series of away games for the Grenadiers when the U16 hits the road in Week 3 for a 4 p.m. kick-off in Niagara against the Spears on Saturday, June 1, while the U18 are off for their bye week. The following weekend take the teams to the Gee-Gees Field in Ottawa for a date the Cumberland Panthers on June 8 Gee-Gees Field and Week 5 will have the teams battling the Scarborough Thunder on Saturday, June 15 at Birchmount Stadium.

The annual Senior and Alumni day will take place the following week at Richardson Stadium in Week6 when the Grens are back on home field hosting the Oshawa with action starting at 1 p.m. Canada Day weekend will have the U16 team heading east for a 2^nd visit with the Cumberland Panthers at Gee-Gees Field, meanwhile the U18 will heading west to tangle with the London Jr Mustangs at Western Alumni Stadium for the first time in 5 years.

In Week 8, the Grenadiers will be back in Kingston, at the Invista Caraco Field as the U16 takes on the London Jr Mustangs at 1 p.m.  and the U18 hosts the Cumberland Panthers on July 6^th. The Grenadiers will be rounding out the season at Richardson for a Week 9 match ups with the U16 Durham Dolphins and the U18 Cornwall Wildcats. The regular season finales are scheduled for 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 13. In case you are wondering, that is 4,500km on the 401 corridors between the 2 teams.

Upon the completion of the regular season, the top teams will shift into playoff mode for the following weeks. Quarter-final action will take place on Saturday, July 20, followed by the semifinals on Saturday, July 27. The OSFL season will then come a close as the quest for the Cup concludes with the OSFL Championship weekend August 2-4 in Waterloo.
