Reporting and Resolution Pathway

Steps 1–4 must be completed within 7 days of the concern being reported.

Step 1 – Player / Parent / Guardian

  • The individual involved should first assess the concern and attempt to address it directly where appropriate.

Step 2 – Parent Representative

  • Concerns must be submitted in writing to the Parent Representative.
  • If resolved, the Parent Representative must submit a Team Level Resolution Report.

Step 3 – Team Manager / Head Coach

  • If unresolved, the concern will be brought to the Team Manager or Head Coach.
  • If resolved, the Parent Representative must submit a Team Level Resolution Report.

Step 4 – Age Group Director (AGD)

  • The AGD will review the concern and determine next steps.
  • The Game and Conduct Coordinator will be notified.
  • If resolved, the Parent Representative must submit a Team Level Resolution Report.
  • If unresolved, a Game and Conduct Report must be submitted.

Step 5 – Game and Conduct Committee

  • Serious or ongoing concerns may be submitted for review and possible disciplinary action.

Step 6 – Appeals Committee

  • Decisions may be appealed in accordance with the established appeal process.
