2026-27 season registration
What is required to register your player(s):
- Registration through Hockey Canada.
- Registration through Ste Anne Minor Hockey's teamlinkt registration.
- Proof of residency
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate (new registrations only)
- Valid email address
- Completion of the Respect in Sport Program
- Full payment or equal payments established at the time of registration.
- Payments can be made by cash, cheque, etransfer or credit card.
- $30 NSF CHARGE FOR DISHOUNERED PAYMENTS.
- $25 LATE REGISTRATION FEE FOR RETURNING PLAYERS WHO REGISTER AFTER AUGUST 31, 2026
Fee structure for the 2026-27 Season
U7 (Born in 2020-2022) - $554
U9 (Born in 2018-2019) - $995
U11 (Born in 2016-2017) - $1130 *includes a pre-season Eastman placement tournament
U13 (Born in 2014-2015) - $850
U15 (Born in 2012-2013) - $870
U18 (Born in 2009-2011) - $950
FEMALE ONLY REGISTRATION - U9 U11 U13 U15 U18
If your daughter is interested in playing on an all girls team, please ensure to sign up for this option. We have very little information on where the team would play out of, cost, etc. This would be a full-time all girls team, so unfortunately playing on a Co-ed team would not be an option. Eastman is looking for interest to grow the female game within the region.

Online Registration
FUNDRAISING
A minimum fundraising amount of $200.00 per family is required, This will be added during the registration process. Please watch the registration process carefully to ensure you apply the family fundraising discount on additional registrations.
AGM ATTENDANCE
Attendance at our annual AGM is required by at least one family member. If you do not attend a $50.00 fee will be added to your registration for the the following season.
Hockey Canada Registration
Hockey Canada registration is mandatory. Your player(s) are not registered until both the Hockey Canada registration and TeamLinkt registration are completed. Your player(s) will not be allowed on the ice until both the Hockey Canada registration and the TeamLinkt registration is complete.
If you are a returning player, please make sure all of your information is up to date!
You will not make a payment through this process.

TeamLinkt Registration
You will need to create a TeamLinkt account using your e-mail address. It is also suggested you download the TeamLinkt app, as it will be used throughout the season.
You will also be required to provide a proof of age, and proof of residency through the online application.

How Can I Pay For My Registration?
CASH OR CHEQUE
To pay via cash or cheque please contact SAMH_VPfinance@outlook.com to make arrangements.
E-TRANSFER
Send an E-transfer to: SAMH_VPFinance@outlook.com for either:
- Full payment
- 6 Equal payments. The first payment at the time for registration, and then 5 additional payments on the 15th of each month from September 2026 to January 2027.
E-transfer is setup for AUTO-DEPOSIT.
CREDIT CARD
You have the option to pay in full or over 6 payments.
Processing fees for credit card are paid to the processing company. SAMH does not receive any portion of these fees. Additionaly, when processing payments via credit card, there will be an option to purchase insurance to cover your fees in the case of injury, etc. Please be advised that this is not affiliated with SAMH and in no way does SAMH receive funding from these fees.
