2025-26 season registration
What is required to register your player(s):
- Registration through Hockey Canada.
- Registration through Ste Anne Minor Hockey's teamlinkt registration.
- Proof of residency
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate (new registrations only)
- Valid email address
- Completion of the Respect in Sport Program
- Full payment or equal payments established at the time of registration.
- Payments can be made by cash, cheque or etransfer.
- $50 AGM deposit handed into your Team Manager by November 15, 2025.
- $30 NSF CHARGE FOR DISHOUNERED PAYMENTS.
- $25 LATE REGISTRATION FEE FOR RETURNING PLAYERS WHO REGISTER AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2025
Fee structure for the 2025-26 Season
U7 (Born in 2019-2021) - $500.00
U9 (Born in 2017-2018) - $755.00
U11 (Born in 2015-2016) - $855.00
U13 (Born in 2013-2014) - $925.00
U15 (Born in 2011-2012) -- $700.00. Fees for remainder of season TBD based on # of registrations.
U18 (Born in 2008-2010) - $700.00 Fees for remainder of season TBD based on # of registrations.
FEMALE ONLY REGISTRATION - U9 U11 U13 U15 U18
If your daughter is interested in playing on an all girls team, please ensure to sign up for this option. We have very little information on where the team would play out of, cost, etc. This would be a full-time all girls team, so unfortunately playing on a Co-ed team would not be an option. Eastman is looking for interest to grow the female game within the region.

Online Registration
FUNDRAISING
A minimum fundraising amount of $200.00 per family is required, This will be added during the registration process. Please watch the registration process carefully to ensure you apply the family fundraising discount on additional registrations.
AGM DEPOSIT
A $50.00 deposit is required per family. Deposit will be in the form of a cheque post-dated for April 30, 2026. The cheque will need to be submitted to SAMH via your youngest players team Manager by no later than November 15, 2025. If the deposit cheque is not received, ice priviledges will be revoked until it has been received. If a member of your family does not attend the AGM your cheque will be cashed. If you attend the AGM the deposit cheque will be destroyed.
Hockey Canada Registration
Hockey Canada registration is mandatory. Your player(s) are not registered until both the Hockey Canada registration and TeamLinkt registration are completed. Your player(s) will not be allowed on the ice until both the Hockey Canada registration and the TeamLinkt registration is complete.
If you are a returning player, please make sure all of your information is up to date!
You will not make a payment through this process.

TeamLinkt Registration
You will need to create a TeamLinkt account using your e-mail address. It is also suggested you download the TeamLinkt app, as it will be used throughout the season.
You will also be required to provide a proof of age, and proof of residency through the online application.

How Can I Pay For My Registration?
CASH OR CHEQUE
To pay via cash or cheque please contact SAMH_VPfinance@outlook.com to make arrangements.
E-TRANSFER
Send an E-transfer to: SAMH_VPFinance@outlook.com for either:
- Full payment
- Equal payments dated the 15th of each month up to and including January 2026.
- If registering on or before August 15, 2025. The first payment should be made on August 15. If registering after August 15, first payment (for August) should be made immediately.
E-transfer is setup for AUTO-DEPOSIT.
CREDIT CARD
Unfortunately, we are not currently offering payments via credit card.
