Registration

What is required to register your player(s):

  • Registration through Hockey Canada.
  • Registration through Ste Anne Minor Hockey's teamlinkt registration.
  • Proof of residency
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate (new registrations only)
  • Valid email address 
  • Completion of the Respect in Sport Program
  • Full payment or equal payments established at the time of registration.
  • Payments can be made by cash, cheque, etransfer or via credit-card through the teamlinkt portion of your online registration process.
  • $30 NSF CHARGE FOR DISHOUNERED PAYMENTS.
  • $25 LATE REGISTRATION FEE FOR RETURNING PLAYERS WHO REGISTER AFTER AUGUST 15, 2023.

Fee structure for the 2023-2024 Season

U7 (Born in 2017-2020) - $500.00

U9 (Born in 2015-2016) - $755.00

U11 (Born in 2013-2014) - $855.00

U13 (Born in 2011-2012) - $925.00

U15 (Born in 2009-2010) - $1,025.00

U18 (Born in 2006-2008) - $100.00 to participate in preseason skates. Fees for remainder of season TBD based on # of registrations.

Online Registration


Hockey Canada Registration CLICK HERE FOR HOCKEY CANADA REGISTRATION!

Hockey Canada registration is mandatory. Your player(s) are not registered until both the Hockey Canada registration and TeamLinkt registration are completed. Your player(s) will not be allowed on the ice until both the Hockey Canada registration and the TeamLinkt registration is complete.
If you are a returning player, please make sure all of your information is up to date!
You will not make a payment through this process.

TeamLinkt Registration CLICK HERE FOR TEAMLINKT REGISTRATION!

You will need to create a TeamLinkt account using your e-mail address. It is also suggested you download the TeamLinkt app, as it will be used throughout the season.

You will also be required to provide a proof of age, and proof of residency through the online application.

You have the opportunity make payments during this process. More information below.

How Can I Pay For My Registration?

Payments can be made via credit card through teamlinkt registration, E-transfer, cash or cheque.

E-TRANSFER

To pay by E-transfer please select "Off-Line Payment" once you reach the Payment page during your teamlinkt registration.  You will need to send an E-transfer to: SAMH_VPFinance@outlook.com for either:

  • Full payment
  • Equal payments dated the 15th of each month up to and include January 2024.

    E-transfer is setup for AUTO-DEPOSIT.

CREDIT CARD

If paying by credit card, a payment will be required at the time of completing your registration through our Teamlinkt process.

Payment Options:

  • Full payment
  • Equal Installment payments. 1st payment at the time of registration, and automatic credit card payments dated the 15th of each month up to and including January 15, 2024.
    There is a convenience AND adminstration fee that will be added to credit card payments. Please note an administration fee for installment payments is charged on each participant. These fees are collected from the registrant by TeamLinkt for use of online payment services. This fee is not paid to Ste Anne Minor Hockey.

Fundraising

We have fundraising options that will be offered. This will require a minimum fundraising amount of $200.00 per family. More details to come.
