As adults, we likley remember the coaches we had as kids. We remember the ones who built us up and unfortunately, we remember the screamers who demeaned or discouraged us. We are actively looking for the builders.
What does that mean? 
No critiquing.No coaching from the car.No added pressure.
Just pure joy in their movement. Their eyes are always watching - they feel our energy, watch our reactions and learn how to handle life by the way we handle the game,

how to identify if something is "just not right"?
Trash talking
Player(s) or coach(es) may be ejected from the game and further disciplinary actions may follow.
rough housing
Acts of rough housing include, but not limited to: tackling, elbowing, cheap shots, blocking or any other unsportsmanlike act.
If any league personnel or official witness any rough housing acts, the game will be stopped, and the player will be ejected.
Further disciplinary action may follow including expulsion from the league.
What do i do IF something is "just not right"?
If during the game, you feel as if "SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!" with the other team players, coaches, referees, spectators - please text or call Coach Genevieve or the League Director or send someone to get either of them.
We cannot help if we don't know about it. PLEASE do the same with substantial injuries.

don't forget - CONGRATULATE!
After the game, you are expected to form a line at midfield and
high five and congratulate the opposing team despite the outcome of the game. this is a great opportuntity to practice self control.
