As adults, we likley remember the coaches we had as kids. We remember the ones who built us up and unfortunately, we remember the screamers who demeaned or discouraged us. We are actively looking for the builders.
What does that mean?
No critiquing.
No coaching from the car.
No added pressure.
Just pure joy in their movement. Their eyes are always watching - they feel our energy, watch our reactions and learn how to handle life by the way we handle the game,
Acts of rough housing include, but not limited to: tackling, elbowing, cheap shots, blocking or any other unsportsmanlike act.
If any league personnel or official witness any rough housing acts, the game will be stopped, and the player will be ejected.
Further disciplinary action may follow including expulsion from the league.
If during the game, you feel as if "SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!" with the other team players, coaches, referees, spectators - please text or call Coach Genevieve or the League Director or send someone to get either of them.
We cannot help if we don't know about it. PLEASE do the same with substantial injuries.
Actually, all parents needs to say is . . . . I LOVE TO WATCH YOU PLAY ...... It's the secret sauce, the six words that can change everything.
