JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Youth Flag Football League director

 Part-Time/Seasonal Position

Spring Season:  Saturdays & Sundays May 2 to June 7
Fall Season:  Saturdays & Sundays September-November (specific dates TBD)

Expected Hours:  10-25 hours/week

Pay Rate: Starting at $2800/season

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate individual who shares our commitment to child development through sports and is willing to help us continue to make a difference in the lives of children in our community. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct referee and coach training and orientation for the season
  • Schedule referees and trainers for league games and practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches and referees
  • Supervise and manage the league on weekends
  • Step in as a coach or referee when needed and mitigate disputes

Desired Qualities:

  • Ability to work with strong personalities and display a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Conscientious and dependable
  • Grit and a never-give-up attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Honest, dependable and respected within the community
  • Passionate about football and possesses a deep understanding of the game
  • Skilled at defusing situations and maintaining a positive atmosphere
  • Ability to create and adjust the season schedule

Bitty Blitzer & Little Snapper instructors

 Part-Time/Seasonal Position

Spring Season:  Saturdays & Sundays May 2 to June 7
Fall Season:  Saturdays & Sundays September-November (specific dates TBD)

Expected Hours:  10am to 12pm each day

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Are you enthusiastic and like working with little kids ages 2.5 – 4.5 year-olds? We are seeking trainers/instructors for the Bitty Blitzers and Little Snappers programs. We will train you and you will work with some of our other coaches. This is a PAID position and again, we can work with your referee schedule. Must be in 9th grade to get paid. If in Middle School, see Volunteer Junior in the volunteer section.
