COMPETITIVE CLUB COACH

ABOUT THE ROLE:
○ Lead and instruct youth volleyball teams in practices and games.

○ Develop and implement age-appropriate training drills and techniques.

○ Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages growth and sportsmanship.

○ Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their skills.

○ Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and team logistics.

○ Serve as a mentor and role model for young athletes, promoting a love for the game and a commitment to excellence

COACHING REQUIREMENTS:

○ Lead elite teams through 2 weekly practices, emphasizing skill development, strategy, fun and teamwork.

○ Guide teams to participate in 5+ weekend tournaments, involving travel to regional competitions. (national, and international competitions optional).

○ Shape players game skills and foster resilience, sportsmanship, and a strong team spirit.

○ Play a pivotal role in the success of our competitive teams at various levels.

○ Contribute to player development by providing guidance and constructive feedback.

○ Promote sportsmanship, team unity, and a passion for the sport among athletes
