MISSION
CIS is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide a safe and positive minor hockey experience for players of all ages and skill levels.
OBJECTIVES
1. To promote the game of hockey following standards set out by EMHA, Hockey Manitoba, and Hockey Canada.
2. To maintain a self-supporting financial program.
3. To develop player skills on an individual and team basis through well-developed programs.
4. To encourage maximum participation by all players regardless of knowledge or skill level.
5. To promote an atmosphere that fosters good sportsmanship, fair play, and strong team values.
6. To recruit, support and retain team officials (coaches, managers, safety representatives) and referees.
