Miss Kaiya
Kaiya began her ballet dancing with the Melville Dance Association at the age of four. By seven, she expanded her repertoire to include Jazz and Tap, and later explored Hip Hop for a couple years. Kaiya has successfully completed her Grade 2 and 3 ballet exams and is eager to pursue further dance examinations. She has also enriched her skills by participating in several summer workshops and attending the Triple Threat Dance Convention in 2022. Currently, Kaiya continues dancing ballet, tap, and jazz, and has recently added contemporary and lyrical dance, as well as competitive dance, to her schedule. Among all her disciplines, Tap remains her favourite. Now in her third year of teaching Tap at the Melville Dance Association, Kaiya is passionate about sharing her love for the dance with her students. She takes great pride in witnessing their hard work and dedication, especially when they showcase their talents at recital.
