The Berne Union Cross Country team turned in an impressive showing this past weekend at the Newark Catholic Invitational, held at the historic Bryn Du Mansion in Granville. Every Rocket who competed recorded a course personal record, highlighting the team’s growth and early-season progress.

Leading the way for the high school boys, junior Josh Nye earned medalist honors with a strong performance. On the junior high side, 8th grader Rylan Downour and 7th grader Cyrus Kilbarger both brought home medals for the Rockets, showcasing the promise of the program’s future.

Berne Union will look to carry this momentum into their next competition on Saturday, August 30, when they travel to the Circleville Invitational.
