Let's continue to build a strong relationship with our umpires and allow them to develop their skills, make mistakes and learn from them. In order to allow our youth to play baseball, we need to have committed families, coaches and umpires. That means that we all need to "see the whole picture" for our youth so they have an opportunity to play and develop.
