Games canceled due to weather; attempts to reschedule game with occur first. If unable to reschedule, each team will be reimbursed their portion of the field cost. If game is started and inclement weather stops and or cancels game, the teams will not be reimbursed and or game rescheduled.
Games canceled voluntarily by team or teams; communication to league director needs to occur 1 week prior to game. Attempt to reschedule game will occur first. If unable to reschedule, other team will have an opportunity to use the field for practice or be reimbursed their portion of the field cost. Team(s) who cancels game is not eligible for practice field use or reimbursement of field cost.
