Payment Policy

1. Introduction

Gonzaga High Performance Volleyball Club ("the Club") is committed to providing athletes with opportunities to develop their skills in a structured and competitive environment. To ensure financial transparency and consistency, the Club has established the following payment policies. These policies outline the financial commitments required for team participation, camps, and clinics.

2. Team Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit must be paid by the date specified in your offer email to secure your spot on the team. These will be the Club Administration Fees.
  
  
• Payment must be sent via email transfer (e-transfer) to presidentgonzagavolleyball@gmail.com with the password GVCvolleyball26.
  
  
• Failure to pay the deposit by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of your roster spot.
  
  

3. Camp & Clinic Payment Policy

• Prices for camps and clinics vary depending on the program.
  
  
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to hold your spot.
  
  
• The remaining balance is due no later than one week before the start date of the camp or clinic.
  
  
• If payment is not received by the deadline, your spot may be offered to the next  participant on the waitlist.
  
  

4. General Payment Information

• All payments are non-refundable unless Gonzaga High Performance Volleyball Club cancels the program.
  
  
• Payment plans may be available upon request. Please contact the Club for further details.

5. Refund Policy

Gonzaga High Performance Volleyball Club maintains a no-refund policy to ensure the financial stability of our programs. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable at any time.
  
  
• Team Fees: If a player voluntarily withdraws from the team for any reason, a partial refund from their travel account may be requested. However, funds that are shared among the team—such as staff flights, staff transportation, and staff hotel costs—are non-refundable.
  
  
• Camps & Clinics: Deposits and final payments for camps and clinics are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Club.
  
  
• Injury or Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of injury or other extenuating circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds may be subject to administrative fees and costs already incurred.
  
  
• Club Cancellations: If Gonzaga High Performance Volleyball Club cancels a program, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on expenses already committed. This will a board decision.
  
  
• Weather Cancellations: If gyms are closed due to weather conditions, the Club cannot guarantee make-up practices due to facility availability.
