U8 FUNdamentals Program

This is a coed program for players born in 2018 and 2019. The program is designed to teach the basic fundamentals and skills of flag football while having FUN!  All players participate in the program skill development sessions which are typically scheduled over an 8 week period. This is not a league, however there is an end of season jamboree for all participants where players / teams will scrimmage. During the first few sessions the players will meet their instructors/ coaches on the field and be provided with their jerseys and flags. Additional information is available below or by contacting the Football Nova Scotia Office.
