At East Tipp Summer Rec (ETSR), we believe that parents and guardians play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. Our volunteers make all the difference in creating a positive atmosphere for our young athletes! 

Coaching and Team Volunteers

No previous coaching experience? No problem! We welcome individuals of all backgrounds to step up and lead our teams. Whether it's tee ball, baseball, or softball, your enthusiasm and commitment are what truly matter. Our coaches receive support and resources to ensure a successful season. We also welcome volunteers for assistant coaches, team managers, and parents to help during practices and games. All play a crucial role in organizing logistics, coordinating schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you prefer a behind-the-scenes role, this is a fantastic way to contribute.

Concessions

ETSR welcomes parent volunteers in our concession stands. We also hire concession employees for the season. Ages 14+ can apply here.

At East Tipp Summer Rec (ETSR), we're excited to offer a range of impactful sponsorship opportunities for your business. By becoming an ETSR sponsor, you not only support our local youth but also gain valuable exposure within our dedicated community.
 
Why Sponsor ETSR? East Tipp Summer Rec (ETSR) proudly serves the Hershey, Wyandotte, and East Tipp areas, offering local youth the chance to learn and play baseball/softball. As a nonprofit organization, ETSR depends on the generosity of sponsors like you to help alleviate player registration costs. We oversee six fields and operate three concession stands, which come with various expenses such as maintenance, lawn care, utilities, equipment, and uniforms. We are committed to minimizing player fees through fundraising efforts while maintaining quality programs that teach kids the values of hard work and teamwork.
 
A Growing Community Impact: Last year, we engaged over 200 players and competed against teams from across the county. Thanks to the support of sponsors like you, we were able to enhance our concessions facilities, introducing new equipment and even adding mobile hot spots for the convenience of our community.
 

How to Sponsor: If you are interested in becoming an ETSR sponsor, please complete the Sponsor Registration Form by February 26, 2024. Please note that some sponsorship levels have limited availability and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsorship Opportunities with ETSR

Here are the sponsorship levels available for the 2024 season:

Team Sponsor - $600

  • Have a team in age divisions 8U or older named after your business, displaying your logo on their jerseys.
  • A banner with your logo will be displayed in one location. Additional banners can be purchased for team sponsors for an extra $75 per banner.
  • Your logo will be featured on the ETSR website and mentioned in our social media posts.

Shetland/Rookie Team Sponsor - $400

  • Sponsor a team in the Rookie or Shetland divisions, complete with your business name featured on their jerseys. These divisions play fewer games than older age divisions. 
  • Enjoy the visibility of a banner with your logo displayed prominently in one location. Extra banners can be obtained for team sponsors at an additional $75 per banner.
  • Your logo will also be showcased on the new ETSR website mentioned in our social media posts.

Banner Only Sponsorship - $150

  • Showcase your brand with a banner featuring your logo displayed in one prominent location.
  • Your logo will be featured on the ETSR website and mentioned in our social media posts.
  • Additional banners can be purchased for $75 each, allowing for expanded visibility.

Dugout or Concession Sponsor - $750

  • Have your logo prominently displayed on a dugout or concession stand, ensuring high visibility throughout the season.
  • Your logo will be featured on the ETSR website and mentioned in our social media posts.

Popcorn Bag Sponsor - $1,000

  • Get your brand on 1,000 popcorn bags, each adorned with your logo, for just $1,000. It's an excellent way to reach members of the community while they enjoy a game.
