ETSR Detergent Fundraiser
March 16 - April 9, 2023
ETSR wants baseball and softball to be as affordable as possible. This year we are giving you the chance to earn back your registration fees. We are offering a fundraiser through Profitable Solutions to sell laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags. You can earn $10 per item sold to be credited back to you for your registration fees. If you raise more than your registration fees, the remainder will be put towards improvements within ETSR. We have several projects that we are fundraising for including re-roofing the dugouts at East Tipp, painting the dugouts at Hershey, new countertops in the Hershey concessions, and new concrete/batting cages. These projects total over $25,000 and every bit of fundraising helps!
The ordering site is through TeamLinkt and it does not have the ability to track individual players when fundraising as an entire organization. Players will need to track their sales and fill out the fundraiser sales form to earn credit for their sales.
How to participate:
1. Share the link with your family and friends. They will order from ETSR's Teamlinkt site and pay by debit or credit card. no money to collect!

2. Make sure they select your player's team. From the drop-down menu, select the player's team. Then you or your customers are all set to order their items.
3. Track your sales and turn them into ETSR. ETSR collects all money through the sales website. You will fill out the google form at the end of the fundraiser to get credited for your sales. Fill out your sales form here.
4. Pick up your orders and distribute! We will contact you when the order is in for you to deliver!
